I loaded windows 7 on a new disk (big mistake) but retained my old xp disk so I can boot with either system.. I have of air video files (.TS) which have always worked fine with version 11 and 12. Now I get no sound with either program in windows 7 or XP. There is sound as it plays with windows media player.
Any advice would be appreciated
No sound

Really all one can do is guess at an answer unless more detail is given
Edit
If these files have been downloded from the TV what format is the audio content?
