Capture Color Manager

My VideoStudio 11 provides two different color management tools. The one seen on the "Edit" screen, called "Color Correction", appears to be used to adjust color during editing of previously captured video clips. The other appears in the "Capture" screen, within the "Options" cog > Video Properties > called "Color Manager".

What I would like to do (if possible) is make corrections to an entire video as it's being captured (not individual clips). In my case, I am capturing analog video from an older camcorder through a PCI card which has hardware MPEG2 output. Can this be done with the "Color Manager" option? If so, is there any way to view the modifications as the sliders are being set prior to the capture?
