VS9 Movie Wizzard Problem

When using ( or trying to use) the Movie Wizzard after selecting content in the first step, then selecting next, no themes are available, and neither back or next can be selected. can anyone shed some light on this problem PLEASE. The only way to close the program is "ctrl-alt-del"

Make sure that you download all the content from the Smart Download. You can do this by clicking on Tools and clicking on Smart Download under the Video Editor.

On selecting the Smart Download window, no downloads are shown. When update is pressed, it returns a "Cannot Get New Content URL from Server" Message

Get into Windows Explorer and go to C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 9.0\SmartDownload

There should be some files in there. If they are, then make sure you exit UVS9, then run each one of them.

After you run them all, then open UVS9 and see if you have everything.

If they aren't, then try uninstalling UVS9 and reinstall it because you didn't get everything in the first install. After reinstalling, try running Smart Download again.
