Resizing images...
I just made a movie in VideoStudio 12 that is a mix of stills and motion. Came out great except...when I began I resized the first image so that it was beyond the safe area in the preview window (Did'nt know it was called that but...dumb). I don't know how I did it, but I did. All the rest were added at that size. So I finish, convert to MPEG and play it in Mediaplayer and all is well. When I burn that file to DVD with NERO the images are a little too big..ala safe area apparently. Is there any way to easily resize all the images/video and reburn? Thanks for all the help with this great program!

Hi
If its just the images that are loosing detail then resize them in an Image Editor.
Photoshop etc
By adding a border to each image you will literally force the image to sit nearer to the safe area.
Because you re-save the image the program will then request a re-link. The new images will be inserted.
But there is no easy way, just be aware of the ¡¥Over-Scan¡¦ that TV¡¦s suffer from when taking the photos or video for that matter.
Your PC screen isn¡¦t affected by Over Scan so it¡¦s a little difficult to recognise, only the finished DVD on TV shows. And that¡¦s a little late in the day, as you have found out.
By the way OverScan or Safe Area can be 10% to 15% . Quite big.
Using Video studio:-
you could use the Distort function from the top track or Overlay Track to resize the frames.
Using the main track this has to be done one at a time.
