Region Code Error

I finally got WinDVD9 plus bluray to update to version 145 and everything was working great (successfully playing many BDs) until I tried to play Juno and I get an error saying that this disk is for Region Code A players only. So, I go and look at my region codes and DVD is set to 1 but there is no code selected for BD. So, I select code A and it doesn't work, restarted the program, tried restarting the PC and still it won't play this disk even though the disk is region A and now my software is correctly set to Region A.
