Single clip trim

Post by JohnDale »

Hi All
Just found by accident that if you double click a video clip in the library (for VSx2) a single clip trim window opens which is similar to the multi trim function.

Happy New Year.

Yep, that's a handy, often overlooked feature. It is described on page# 70 of the User Guide..;) It also tells that you can click on a trim-handle, hold the mouse button down, then using your left and right arrow keys move the timeline 1 frame at a time. Holding the arrow key down would of course move the timeline faster. But just tapping it will advance or reverse it a single frame. Then when you release the trim handle, the mark-in/out will be set.
