SDK to develop a transition/filter plug-in

Hi,

one question: is it available a SDK (software development kit) to develop a transition/filter plug-in for Video Studio X2 ?
If it is, where can I find it ?

You will need to contact Corel. Ulead used to post a link to the SDKs, but I can no longer find it. Start HERE. At the very bottom of that page are phone number and email address listed.
