I'm just wondering if anyone knows whether or not any of the major manufacturers are planning on releasing a 64 GB solid state camcorder.
I know Panasonic released the HDC-TM350 3MOS AVCHD camcorder earlier this year but only 200 were released in the UK.
The reason I ask is that my wife is due to give birth in May and it's a great excuse to upgrade from my old JVC GR-DX77 so I'd need to have it before then.
64 GB solid state camcorder?

I checked Google and found that Canon has one out. This is just the first result I looked at.. 64 gig Flash Drive Camcorder
Panasonic also has a model out that will set you back more than a new car..
Panasonic AJ-HPX2700
Samsung HMX H106 is another one...

Google is amazing. Too bad nobody seems to know about it.

Thank you Ron. Much appreciated.
Black Lab, I am well aware of Google. Admittedly, it was a week or two prior to my post above when I did a search for 64 GB flash memory camcorders (pages from the UK since I'm in the UK) and it was a nightshift so I may not have been firing on all cylinders. That was my mistake. I'll make sure next time I 'do a Google' immediately prior to posting.
Anyway, the Canon looks pretty good. I'll need to read up on it but it's a distinct possibility. Thanks again.
