Upgrade to Windows XP Home SP3, now VS10 crashes

Hi Hanspeter

Not given up just yet.

In the past I had problems with VS 10 crashing when using Quick Time version 7.
I reverted to Quick Time 6 supplied with VS 9. All was well.

I am now using QT 7 with no problems and I have no idea why.

So what version of QT have you installed?

Hi Trevor

when it crashes I get the message that VS10 has to close down, and whether I want to send this to Microsoft.
There is a link in this message which you can open and then it gets you lots of details, but this is more for the programmers, I believe.
