Censor Bars/Blurring in X2?

Hi everyone!

I've been trying to figure out if Videosuite Pro X2 has the function to create a moving censor bar (or some kind of equivalent) for censoring peoples faces in videos, like you might see on the news or hidden camera shows.
I've spent a lot of time messing around and i can't seem to find any way of doing it.
I know i can just overlay a black square, but is there a way of setting a guide so that you can move it around during playback?

Any help is graciously appreciated!
