Enable/Disable subtitles from the menu

Post by Condemor »

Is it possible to create menu with Enable/Disable subtitles? People won't know my movie has subtitles otherwise or they might not have a subtitles button on their remote. How can they have the option to do this from the DVD menu?

Thanks

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think Movie Factory can do that.

You might have to go with higher-end authoring software like DVD-Lab, Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe Encore, etc. You might even be able to do it with DVDstyler (FREE!!!).

I used the trial version of DVD-Lab on my last project. It didn't have subtitles, but It had 2 audio tracks (selected from a menu). Note that DVD-Lab is for DVD authoring only. It is not a video editor, encoder/converter, or burner.
