Preview Window

i have used Videostudio 10 and have had no trouble with it.
With Videostudiox2 i canot get the prewiew window in the Share menu to work is ther something i can do to fix it
i haveupdated Direct x, and my viedo card and checked to make sure preview window is set in preferences
The preview window works fine in the first screen but as soon as i get into the share menu it quits

To ensure it is not a problem with one of your source files, start a new project. Add one of the sample videos to the time line. Goto the Share tab and see if the preview works.

If it works then you probably have a problem with a source file.
If it does not work that gives us indicates a problem with either the computer or the program which we will have to dig into a bit deeper and
you will then need to follow the advice in ---> this link <---
