DVD Labels

Post by mitchell65 »

Can't find anything on the board relating to DVD labelling. What do other members use, ie labels and software. I have had a look at some software but it shows templates for makes and types of labels that I can't find suppliers of. Any thoughts and ideas!

This topic has been discussed off and on for quite a while. I realize you are not asking about the pros and cons of labels vs.print to disc, so I will not go into that.

Before I did buy a disc printer I used the CD Stomper with much success. It is made by Avery, so the labels are, of course, readily available.

There are several posts relating to the pro's and cons of sticking lables onto a DVD. Here is a lengthy one.
Opinions on DVD labels?

John,

The HP D5360 will print on printable DVD's. It is discontinuted but I was fortunate to get a new one on ebay for $10.00. There were no cartridges with it so I had to lay out money for that. I purchased the printable DVDs from Shop4Tech.com. I have dedicated this printer for this purpose only and I love the results.
