I have an image with extension "JPG."
I would like to insert in this image an object in movement with extension "GIF."
With SW Ulead PhotoImpact 10.0 is possible?
In case it is not possible which SW that has this possibility?
Thanks
Paulinho

Animation GIF
Masami, didn't work.
I opened a file with extension "JPG" and I inserted in this file an illustration "GIF" in this same file.
Then and I saved with extension "GIF."
When I opened the save file the object that I inserted was not in movement.
Thanks Paulinho

Hi,
A jpeg file can have 16.7 million colors, a gif file only 256. So there are less colors in gif and less flexibility in how you use it.
You also suggest *motion* such as one can get in an animated gif using the Gif Animator that is part of PI10.
You'll have to add frames for the animation to work.

Hi,Masami wrote:Sorry, I missed th emotion part.
IF you want to make a motion (or animated) gif, then use the gif animator that came with it.
I'm not sure he meant motion, either. That would require frames of different content, something one couldn't expect to save a jpeg and have an animated gif file.
Dunno...
