Manipulating imported DVDs

I have imported a DVD with two sound tracks (different languages), and the import window confirmed that it had found both tracks. I want to work on the second language track, but I only get the first language, what do I have to do to get at the second language?

A bit more detail is needed. Pease look at the second half of this post starting with "Properties of your source files,etc"
