Hi Let say I have 2 complete AVI
the first AVI is a song made from one camera in a city
the second is the same song made on a stage
Is there a way to mix both of them without having to cut them in piece.

They are two separate recordings in different places, it would be a miracle if they were the same length.
Achieving audio sync would be very difficult.
Give it a try.
Place one in the top track and the other in the overlay track.
maybe PinP would work?
