Advanced Layer Styles Help

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is currently a script to give us more control over Layer Style settings.

If you don't but are interested and have some background in making scripts would you like to assist me in learning what I need to know to make the script? Or would you like what little information I have and make the script yourself?

You see I only know of two ways to get the same settings for the layer styles on two different layers. Guesstimating, and recording a script. When you record the script and set a layer style you can apply that script to a new layer and you get the exact same settings. With one exception, the reflection style. The reflection style can only go to the top or bottom of the image by a certain percent, but the actual location data is recorded in pixels not percents so using a reflection style from a large image on a small image won't work well.

I've mapped out the settings and their values for each of the layer styles if anyone wants to make their own script or help me make a script. Of course it's not hard to get that information so you don't really need me if you want to do it.
