VS 12 Activation problem - still?

I had downloaded the trial version and have since purchased the Pro version.

My email confirming the purchase gave me an activation code.

When I tried to enter the code (copying and pasting from the email) - it was an error meesage "activation unsuccessful .." so an invalid activation code.

I uninstalled the trial version and reinstalled it again.

I notice in this forum that this was a problem back in August 2009 and September 2008.

Looks like I'll be phoning Corel Australia tomorrow morning

Ask them to give you a link to a full download version, NOT the TBYB version. That has always been problematical in successive versions...

Despite the email I received after ordering sayng
"If you already have the trial version of the software you have just purchased installed on your computer, there is no need to download the software again. Simply launch your trial and enter the serial number provided below and follow the instructions. You will then have a fully functioning version!"

The trial version was using KEYVSPRX2IETBB.exe.

You *must* download the ESDVSPRX2IEPCPF.exe file.

I uninstalled the trial version and reloaded the above.
