My VS9 crashes when I attempt to create a video with a menu. If I don't have a menu on the video, the process completes with no problems.
It also crashes if I just try to copy the ISO file or the DVD files to the hard drive instead of burning.
The program successfully processes the video files and the menu files, but right after that the program just disappears from the screen with no error messages or other indications that there is something wrong.
Machine is: Pentium 4 1.7Ghz
40 GB HD
1 GB Ram
Windows 2000 server
All updates have been successfully installed.
VS5 is also on the same machine, could this be interferring?
No inCD or whatever on my machine, but Nero is present.
Anybody have a solution to this problem?
Thanks!
Mike

I doubt it's a software conflict with another program, more likely a damaged UVS installation. If you have the boxed version, try going into the Control Panel, selecting Ulead Videostudio, and then Change/Remove. At this point (and only with the boxed version) you will be given an option to Repair -- hopefully that will take care of it.
