VS X2 Pro Video for Facebook?
Distant family members want me to upload some videos to Facebook. I've never uploaded videos to the web but understand it's simple yet can take a long time to upload a 10-min video at higher quality as file sizes approach 1 GB. I plan to upload medium (640x?) or low quality (320x?) videos to either YouTube or directly from my computer to Facebook. Some family have WindowsXP computers that are 5+ years old so I want to upload a file that doesn't require a dual core for playback. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

The cpu isn't the concern for playing Internet videos. It is the speed of the connection to the Internet.
I would assume that anything less than a DSL connection would take ages to download a video.
As for uploading, obviously the same applies. But knowing that going in I usually upload mine at night and just let it do its thing.
As for uploading to YouTube, I always upload the highest quality video that their limits will accept, knowing that they will re-render it to their format of choice. No sense giving them an inferior file that they will further degrade.
