Well - I just realised that I am now not able to create (Share) DVDs. I am not sure if this has anything with removing Ulead 11 - as I did not try and create any DVDs prior to removing Ulead11. That is create DVDs using Video Stuidio 12.
Now when I get to the screen "preview" - during the creation of DVD, and select NEXT to get to the next screen - it does nothing.. JUST select NEXT a few times - will not move forward... Able to create Video Files locally - but not to DVDs - will not move forward.... Any users experiencing this - let me know... Ulead 11 was working just fine...

OK - I resolved the above situation.... What I did was completely un-install ULead Video Studio Pro X2 and all of the components - I made sure first that I had a copy of the vs*.dat files ( which correspond to my libraries that I have created). I then rebooted and then just ran the u/grade package alone.
Now remember that I did not have the Ulead Version 11 installed at this stage - this was completely un-installed.
The u/grade package asked for the serial numbers of the u/grade pack as well as the Ulead Version 11 pack - so you need to have serials for both. Installed all of the Bonus packs that I received. I then re-booted the computer..
I then opened Video Studio Pro X2 and made sure it worked. YES - it worked. I then copied all of the vs*.dat files. I opened the Video Studio again and there it all was - just as I left it - all of the libraries restored.
NOW - to test the DVD creation - opened the project that I was trying to burn to DVD and attempted to share it.. Well - this time it worked...
Must have been some corruption.... ALL now is working.....
Trevor - Thanks - YES - Direct X was one of the things that I updated in both the installations.. May have been the little thing that resolved it - however who knows... Thanks..
