How do you create an entire website in Photoimpact X3 ? ... I tried getting some information via the online help, but was unsuccessful.

How To Create Entire Website in PI X3 ?

Your choice of Web Creation software is largely determined by what you intend to do with that site. Nowadays you are better off using some form of modular software used to create a certain type of web site.
For instance this site you are looking at now is "created" with PHPBB so if you want to create a user forum you would use PHPBB3 or some other similar software.
If you want to create a something that looks like a newspaper site you would use Blog software - something like
Serendipity or
WordPress
If you are trying to store documents or photographs on your site then you would use a Content Management System (CMS)
With these "Off the shelf Websites" that are easily personalised in appearance I don't think many people nowadays resort to creating a site from scratch with ASP (Active Server Pages) or Microsoft Frontpage.
You still need software like PhotoImpact / Paintshop Pro etc. because you will of course included images on your site to make it interesting.
