When I bought Video Studio 9 there was no way to ask for a backup CD.
I have send at least 8 e-mails asking for this CD, without response. On the other side, I have send several e-mails to the technical support service for technical reasons, without getting any response too.
I want to know if any member of this forum has suffered a similar behaviour by Ulead.
I send this comment to the forum because, besides Ulead says that they have no oblitation to reply, I whish they will take in care the letters I sent and they will know not only about my problems, but also if my posts on this forum will serve any purpose.
