Media Studio Pro 8 dies not recognize the format (does not allow inserting it into the timeline).
It does allow MTS2 - but not MTS
anyone familar with this issue?
Have problem using MTS format downloaded from Canon HFS-100

Is MTS one of AVCHD? I'm thinking it might be. If so then, no MSP 8 does not support it. MSP was discontinued by Corel, at about the time Intervideo purchased Ulead. The last known hi-def format accepted was HDV.
I done a quick google search for MTS, and found a converter for MTS files. You might have a look at it..
