Shooting date/time as video subtitle

From the VideoStudio features list it seems that, in DV-to-DVD Wizard you can add the DV shooting time/date as the subtitle and also set the display time to the duration of the whole clip or any time period.

Is this "Shooting Date/Time Subtitle" feature available if we're just capturing video in "Capture" tab? Or you have to use the wizard to use this feature.

If I have to use the wizard, is there an option to save the output video (with date/time subtitle) as a MPGE2 file?

I think this is a great feature but am surprised that there aren't many discussions on this topic. Thanks!!!

I guess you need to do a "quick scan" before you actually capture it so VS can put the time code on the video while capturing. Issue closed.

This is just a personal thing... I find the burnt in date and time throughout the whole video distractings and not particularly attractive. For me it's much more fun exploring different ways of expressing date and time...but that's just me

Every time someone brings this up I think of this post on the forum which is one of my all time favourites!
