VideoStudio Pro x2 VISTA only???

is there such thing as a VideoStudio Pro x2 package that can only be used with VISTA???? If you see any VideoStudio Pro x2 it should be able to be used with XP automatically right? Im just confused cuz someone keeps highlighting VideoStudio Pro x2 with VISTA and I wanna make sure it can be used with XP

Even works on Win 7- 64bit system with some shortcomings...
