Cannot Burn DVD

Post by MIKEL »

Since I cannot seem to find a search utility I am making a new topic.

I bought a new box of DVD-R disks (I had +R) and VS will not burn them. I have another computer and it is similar there as well, also hangs on the MAKE MENU screen. Is this a coincidence (like believing in the tooth fairy) or is there a problem?

And things were going so well.

Mike
Many thanks

Please disregard this post as the other computer started to work with a new DVD. Must be the replacement writer I installed last week that is the problem. I even reinstalled the software.

And... errr... the Search function is under the Search button up above -- in fact above the Paint Shop Pro label up above this screen, the one with the little magnifying glass beside the word Search!

You might need to update the firmware of your new DVD burner.
Although it is "new" you have no idea how long it has been lying around in a warehouse and then in a shop.
