Create Video File - normalize audio

I am using VS 11, and to date have been 1. creating a video file, and then 2. burning the DVD using normalize audo. I am now using a WD TV media player to view my videos on TV rather than producing the actual DVD.

My question is: Can I automatically normalize audio during the 'Create video File' step?
