Does WinDVD 2010 Have a "Prompt User" Option?

Hello.

Most media players have three options, when you insert a DVD to watch a movie:

1. Play from beginning
2. Resume from last point (or words to that effect)
3. Prompt user for action (or something like that)

I didn't see the third option in WinDVD 20100--just the first two.

Does WinDVD have this third option? If so, where can it be configured as the default setting?
