Adding Metadata to Encoded Files

Post by qtrim »

When you right click on a file in explorer and select Details, you can see various info about the file, but VSX2 does not write anything into the Title, Tags or Comments file.

So two questions, is there a way to get VSX2 to do that when the file is created, or is the another utility that can do it?

I found a post here that links to a program that will edit the tags and metadata of mp4 videos, but it does not work on avi's or mpg's.

Never bothered using the meta data with a video file because these things are normally placed onto a CD/DVD disc not kept on the computer - no reason why not I suppose - just a matter of storage space.

I use Meta Data for photographs as per....
