Ulead Pro X2 proxy files for AVCHD

Now I'm familiar on how to create proxy files when working with AVCHD files. My question is : Why I'm loosing the proxy files on the entire VSP that I'm working on if the system : -We are sorry, Ulead Video Studio needs to be closed - because the system crash.
I have the habit to save every 30 seconds and then if a crash occurs, I use or not the feature to recuperate the last document before the crash ( because it was already saved ) The VSP file is Ok but there is no more proxy files at all in the entire VSP file so I need to recreate them with a right click. Is there a way to keep the proxy files in these cases. Looking at the proxy manager, the files that was creatred before the crash are not there anymore.
