Intro. Plus Product Query

Post by Bez34 »

Hi everyone. I am making my first post as a way of introducing myself, plus a question. I am newly-retired and bought VideoStudio Pro X2 with a view to editing, improving and burning my old VHS movies to DVDs. In my many searches of this forum and tutorials I came across a recommendation to newbies for the VideoStudio tutorials at www.seeitdoit.tv/default.asp Has anyone tried these? I see they supposedly cover versions 10, 11, and X2. I was curious to know if all the many chapters are X2 applicable or just some of them. Thanks, and I am looking forward to being part of this fine forum.

The See It Do It videos are pretty good. They used to be free, but I guess they got too popular so they began to charge for them. As for being X2 applicable, how VideoStudio works has been pretty much the same for many, many versions, so a v10 tutorial could easily apply to vX2.

I am going ahead and ordering the Seeitdoit tutorials. I've been watching some of the previews and the computer screen is often shown with the Presenter's cursor actually moving around as he describes what he's doing, so I should be able to follow it okay. The price really isn't bad for over 6 hours of DVDs. Thanks!
