5.1 Dolby Digital BluRay Using VideoStudio ProX2 Ultimate

Post by laidback »

Hi Every one,

Err I hope this is the right place to post a question, err~if not let me apologise as I only just registered..

Moving on, I just have a quick question, and that is - Has any one been able to create a BluRay video much like one creates a AVCHD video onto their hard drive, but mind you it must be with 5.1 Dolby Digital sound to it?

And if so, how and what settings did they change to their ProX2 Ultimate NLE?

Thanks in advance and Cheers,

Pete..

Blu-Ray and Dolby Digital: Works DVD but not Video File

Post by PatBarr »

I can create a Blu-Ray DVD and choose the Dolby Digital option but this is not available when I create just a video file. I'm trying to find out now.

Let me know if you discover the trick.

Hi
New to X2 and HD

I know there are problems in creating a template to Blu Ray DD 5.1
Ken Berry is your man for this template, but I think I have managed to create one using VS

Pat, gave the clue when he could create a disc using DD 5.1
Instead of creating a disc create a Blue-ray folder.
Change the settings under the ¡¥Options¡¦ cogwheel
Burn the folder.

Having done so use Make Movie Templates Manager to create a template using the 00000.m2ts file.
You will find this in My Documents\Corel VideoStudio\12.0\BDMV\STREAM

Using the Add option of the Manager creates your template.
This will be available from the Share Create Video File option next to ¡¥custom¡¦
