If you Shift+Click all the clips to select them, you can then right click and choose Create Smart Proxy File.

I'm using proxy files for the first time and what I need to know is, after editing is complete and I go to render, what do I do? Will the original files automatically be rendered in place of the proxy files? Do I have to delete the proxy files? Disable Smart Proxy? Thanks!
