ERROR:DVD+RSPTI-2A-02-03-0C-00
Im using moviefactory 4, but Im having problems burning discs. I use 2.4x dvd+rw, and dvd+r 4x blank discs. I have recorded on both types of these discs before so I cant see why I should be having these problems now. If anyone can sort this out Id be eternally greatful.

I have had the exact same problem. It confused the hell out of me until I figured out that MF4 has a serious bug in it that does not enable it to format a blank (i.e. brand new) DVD+RW, even if you specifically tell MF4 to Restart DVD+RW format.
The workaround that I figured out is to use another program (I used Nero) to burn anything to the DVD+RW, even a single 1k file will do. Nero will format the disc nicely and properly. When it's finished, close Nero and then try to burn your MF4 project onto that same disc. You'll be asked to "erase all files and continue" (or something close to that). Just click on Yes and it should burn properly.
