data file locations

I have downloaded the trial version of VS9 and I am having zero luck creating a dvd or now even an mpeg2 file. They system is hanging, burner errors etc. So, if I were to reload the software onto another computer, where would I find the data files of my current project to transfer over? I really dont want to rebuild my project of which I have already spent over 25 hours on.

John,
Sounds as if you are not following the procedure recommended in the top sticky post. Try that first because it avoids several troublesome bugs.
