Multiple independant-image GIFs

Will Ulead® "GIF Animator" or "GIF-X.Plugin" allow the creation of multiple-image GIFs such that each each image or frame of the multiple-image GIF can be displayed independantly by JavaScript?

This would give a single GIF that could be used to display many different images in the same exact location through a program call rather than reaccessing the wegsite.

Sorry, I don't think these programs support javascripts. You may just use every frames and put scripts on it to run your javascript on your codes. ^_^
