can´t launch the program

I have video studio 8 sd dvd and it can´t launch. An error message appears
..."la memoria no se puede "read" (memory can´t read) What can I do Were is the problem

The only thing I can find is that this might have something to do with downloading from or to a mobile phone but that is totally out of my league. I have managed to avoid mobile phones thus far. :lol:

The only thing I can think to suggest is to turn off DEP (Data Execution Prevention. To change this setting for Videostudio, go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Performance Settings -> Data Execution Prevention ->

But if that does not work, don't forget to turn it back on!
