Can't open the vs file !

Hello,

when I want to see my video files, I enter the file "videostudio", then "8.0" in my documents but now i have this error : explorer.exe has occured an error with qdv.dll

What can I do ? Help me and try to use simple words as I am french !! lol

Not sure what you mean by see my video files.

You can import your files to the library.
This will create a thumbnail, a link to your video files.

If you have used VS 8 to capture, then your thumbnails should be already in the library.

If not

Click the library down arrow and select ‘video’
Or better still create a new video library page from the manager.
Then click the folder icon top right, browse for your video’s on your hard drive.

Select the files you want.
The thumbnails will be inserted into the library.

Select a thumbnail, or drag the thumbnail to the timeline.
Play the video.

Is this what you want to do!

That file is part of the DirectShow runtime. You must have DirectX 9.0 or later in order to use UVS 8 -- if you don't have that installed yet, you'll have to upgrade.
