MovieFactory 6 + & VideoStudio 11.5 Co-Existing On Same

Post by Trickster »

As the subject of the topic states, would there be a problem with both software titles (MovieFactory 6 Plus and VideoStudio 11.5) being installed together on the same PC (either on XP or Vista)?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Rich

Should not be any problems. I currently not only have those installed, but VS Pro X2, VS 10+, VS9 and VS8, DVD MF7 Pro.

Wow, that was fast! Great news. I was also thinking about upgrading to VS Pro X2 for the Special $49.95 deal for this weekend only. It's inviting but I haven't pulled the trigger as yet though.

Thanks,
Rich

There's a few more bells and whistles with VS Pro, that tend to grab people. Like being able to add transitions in the overlay tracks, having 2 title tracks, and then the Painting Creator. However if none of those are convincing enough, then your current version should be fine. Some people will skip a version or two, just because of not enough difference..;)

Steve,

Cool. So VS 11+ and VS Pro X2 will co-exist harmoniously on the same PC? That's awesome. I did pull the trigger and order the VS Pro X2. It should be here by the end of the week.

I appreciate your input.

Thanks,
Rich
