How do you swap color?
There was an option in Irfanview that you can swap the colors in an image (i.e., RGB -> BGR). However, I can't find this option in PI. I'm trying to change the Red to Blue and the Blue to Red in one pass only. If you just replace the red by blue and then blue by red, it would only result in the original image. What i want is to swap the colors, where the red becomes blue and the blue becomes red.

No Option in PI to switch, as I mentioned before you have to get really creative. Using HUE switches all three color planes at once. Sorry not what your looking for.
I have created splits in CMYK, then cut each image from the file and swapped contents. i.e. Cut the Yellow and cut the Blue swap original images, yellow now become blue, etc.
Does the program you speak of have a plug-in that PI can import?

Thanks Keenart.
It's not a plugin on Irfanview. There was also this option in Photoshop. Since I was trying Infrared Photography, I need this option to switch the red to blue and blue to red in order to get a nice looking IR pictures. Based on some tutorials, they used Photoshop to swap the colors however, i don't have PS. I have the PI and Irfanview. Right now what I'm gonna do is to swap the colors in Irfanview and then go to PI for auto levels and enhancing the pictures.
Anyway, just have to live with that for the meantime.
Again, thanks for your help.

You don't know it but you are a SAINT, you just saved my Bacon!
I have never heard of the Irfanview, got curious and desided to investigate.
While on their Web Site I found a suggestion about Adobe Plug-ins and how to get them to work. Adobe and Ulead have been NO help, but there it was, tried the suggestion, now all of my Adobe Plugins work in PI 10.
Will post my info on another thread dealing with the Plugin Problem.
I LOVE YOU!!! Well after my Wife, and my cat Yoda!!
