I am new here. I am just learning Paintshop Pro & Video Suite by Corel and I am Touch up pictures and putting them to DVD. Some of my pictures have water in them and I want to make it look like the water is moving but have the rest of the picture be still. How do I do this and does Corel have a program that I need to do this with. When I put it on the video I want the people to see the water moving also? I dont know where to post my question so any help would be appreciated.
