What is BB?
Upon loading VS12 I get the warning "No Storage To Load BB!!" It gives me the option to click OK, after clicking 4 times VS opens and seems to run ok. There was a past post about "No Storage to SAVE BB" but no solution. I have sufficient ram and hard drive space available. I have encountered no other problems, right now it is only an annoyance. Thanks

Do you have a Blackberry device, that you may have downloaded clips from? For some reason googling your error message brings up numerous hits, all have some relevance to Blackberry. Just grasping at straws, because I've never seen this error with any version of VS..

Could you clarify what you done when you reset the video library ? You may have corrupted one of the DAT files. To correct this you will need to reinstall the program. If you do please follow the instructions for doing a clean install found HERE

From the tools drop down I selected library manager and then and then select reset library. I was hoping to clear a video library. It actually resets all your libraries; image, audio and video not a good thing to select unless you want all of your libraries set back to the way they were when you first installed VS.

VS was not running just fine, I found after my first post all video filters were gone. I could bring them back by going to tools and resetting the library. All filters were good except for New Blue and Berger when I clicked on either of the two the BB warning came up and I lost all video effects again. I gave up and re installed everything. So from this I have learned; do not to reset library.
