'Fixing' sound to images/clips

Post by screwball2 »

Often, I almost complete a vid, then choose to insert another clip. This then necessitates travelling the full length of the video re-syncing the clips to the sound/music as they have been shifted along due to the new insertion. Is there a way to 'lock' music clips to desired video frames to avoid the re-editing.
