clipy copy and reverse video

Post by KeeganJacobs »

Guys , appreciate the assistance...Here we go.. VideoStudio 12 question

I got 1 clip that plays in normal speed in my video track. I want to take that exact clip which is around 5 seconds long and copy it and paste it right next to it so on the clip i just pasted, i would then be able to click on reverse video.

Basically i want to play the same clip twice , one time in normal speed, and then play it again in reverse mode.

Yes, so what's your question? Simply drag the same clip from the library to the timeline and apply the Reverse Clip option.

When I converted a batch of Super 8 films I needed to "stretch out" some of the very short clips so I used a method very similar to that you mentioned above and it gives a seemless playback - better than using the time stretch option.

Original clip = A
Clip with reverse play selected = B

Just place them on the timeline
ABABA
for as many times as required.
