Failure onOLE

I have Photoexplorer 8.0 which is part of the retail version on PS 2.0
The program has always worked well untill two days ago.

Everything within the program still works fine EXCEPT "Adjust Photo"

When clicking on that (either from the tool bar or right clicking on the photo) I get the following error message contained in a gray box.

"Cannot Initialize the OLE Interface"

Any thought on this problem?
