Is it time for for a new VS ?

Looking at numerous posts it seems VS needs a brush over and Corel should probably release a new version or at least a patch for chronic problems while editing and rendering AVCHD files

Hopefully this will happen when Windows 7 is launched in October. Fingers crossed.

Feedback from Corel tends to suggest there will be a new version eventually.
It is not known when, it could be this year or even during 2010.

According to some that should have happened the day after X2 was released.
