Ulead was working perfectly fine, and then suddenly today I get this error whenever I open it:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way.

I have Vista Home, Ulead Video Studio 11.

So far I have managed to avoid Vista so I have no experience of it but your problem seems to be a Vista problem. There is a link here:

If you go down to the post by Scot E then he seems to have found a solution. If you try it bear in mind theat there is no guarantee it will work and it is at your own risk.
Good luck though with Vista a crystal ball would serve you better than lady luck, I think
Just tested the link and for some reason onm my setup the posters name moves up and down. If it happens to you hit the refresh button and for a second or so the names are in the right place!!
