I used to love your program but had to say good-bye to it because version 11.5 would not install on Vista based computer.
See my post from June last year:

Will the current version, VideoStudio X2 require operating system legacy components (Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86).) to install?

I believe there are at least a few people that have it installed on a Vista machine.

And you will indeed get a similar range of replies you got to your post a year or so ago saying that not only can you load and run VS11/11.5+ on a Vista machine, you can also run X2 on a Vista machine. And with no problems doing so. No special tweaks...
But the question you should probably now be asking -- time having moved on -- is whether you can install X2 on a Windows 7 machine. The answer to that seems to be that yes you can install it, and it appears to operate well in the Editing module. But there are problems in the burning module with it. However, we have created a separate sticky thread on that at the top of this Forum...

installed successfully
Having been unable to install VS11.5 on Vista machine I left you for another product.
I am coming back today, as VS Pro X2 successfully installed.
