For a while the program has worked well - however I now need to do a project and after loading it up - I get green screen (though) I can hear the music in the background.. Help?

Have you done a recent update of Direct X? Go HERE and download the latest MS Direct-X drivers. The most current is dated March 2009. This seems to fix similar issues with VS's Burn module.
